  • 1 tablespoon mullein leaves and seeds
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 2 cups of water.

How do you prepare?

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a kettle or a well. Once it boils, add the cinnamon and mullein leaves.
  2. Let the ingredients incorporate. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
  3. Let the drink rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve and sweeten with honey, if you like.
